Terms of Use

By accessing or using the ContractorOS private beta, you agree to these terms.

Beta Access

ContractorOS is currently a private beta. Features, supported platforms, data formats, and availability may change as the product is tested and improved. Beta access may be limited or discontinued.

No Current Paid Subscription

ContractorOS does not currently offer a paid App Store, Google Play, or web subscription. Future pricing, quotas, renewal terms, and payment-provider terms will be published before any charge is offered.

License

ContractorOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the beta for your own lawful personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

Your Content and Authority

You retain responsibility for the customer, project, photo, file, and other business content you submit. You represent that you have the authority and permissions needed to collect, upload, share, and use that content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass authorization, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Account and Workspace Administration

Workspace owners and administrators control membership and access within their workspace. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for reviewing access granted to other people.

Availability and Backups

The beta may be interrupted and is not a substitute for any record, backup, accounting, safety, payroll, or legal system you are required to maintain. Verify critical project information before relying on it for field, purchasing, billing, or contractual decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued beta access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

ContractorOS is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
